About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our client’s team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services for our client's electrical systems. This includes maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical equipment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, Alarms, HVAC).
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough safety inspections and tests.
• Assist with electrical project work as needed.
• Liaise effectively with contractors/subcontractors.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and reports.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations or equivalent
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified maintenance electrician

• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000
